Basil Salad with Pizza Croutons 4:1

Ingredients:

Directions:

  • Unwrap Pizza Petite and bake for 9-10 minutes
  • Cut into bitesize pieces and set aside
  • In a bowl add the olive oil, balsamic vinegar and dijon mustard and whisk together
  • With scissors cut the basil into think strips
  • Add the basil and lettuce to the dressing and mix together
  • Serve the salad with the pizza croutons on top
