Rocky Road Crunch Bars 2:1


  • 10g Kelloggs Rice Krispies
  • 11g Lindt 85% Dark Chocolate
  • 25g cocao butter
  • 8g flaxseed
  • 8g miniature marshmallows, finely chopped
  • 8g Brazil nuts, finely chopped
  • 6g coconut oil


  • Place glass bowl over a saucepan of hot water.
  • Melt coconut oil, butter and chocolate.
  • Once combined, mix in nuts, seeds and Rice Krispies. Stir again to coat dry ingredients in chocolate.
  • Split the marshmallows between 4 silicon moulds.
  • Then divide the chocolate mixture into four, and place on top of the marshmallows.
  • Refrigerate for 2-3 hours before consuming.
