Cheddar Dough Tostado 3:1

Ingredients:

  • 0.5 g paprika
  • 0.5 g garlic powder
  • 0.5 g chilli powder
  • 28 g / 1 x KetoVie Café Cheddar Dough Ball
  • 4 g cheddar cheese (grated)
  • 31 g sour cream
  • 10 g butter
  • 10 g avocado oil
  • 50 g avocado
  • 30 g 80% lean ground beef

Directions:

  • Thaw and knead dough until it is soft
  • Roll or pat the dough into a circle
  • Place on greaseproof paper and bake for 5 minutes at 350 F
  • Heat oil and half of the butter in the pan until melted
  • Add the beef and seasoning and stir until the beef is browned
  • Mash the avocado with a fork
  • Spread the remaining butter onto the cheddar dough
  • Spread half the avocado onto the cheddar dough
  • Then add the beef and make sure to get the remaining fat
  • Add the remaining avocado on top of the beef
  • Add the sour cream and cheddar cheese
