Cheddar Cheese Nachos 3.1:1

Ingredients:

  • 10 g cherry tomatoes (chopped)
  • 2 KetoVie Café Dough Balls (thawed)
  • 7 g canola oil
  • 30 g avocado (cubed)
  • 15 g cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • 15 g cream cheese

Directions:

  • Divide the KetoVie Café Dough Balls in 7 equal pieces
  • Roll them out carefully and flatten them into discs
  • Place them on a baking tray and bake for 7 minutes at 350 F
  • In a bowl add the cream cheese, oil and cheddar cheese and mix together
  • Microwave the mixture for 15 seconds so the cheese melts
  • Assemble the nachos. Place the crackers on the plate and top with cheese, avocado and tomatoes
