Cinnamon Vanilla Egg Custard 4:1

Ingredients:

  • 50 g heavy cream
  • 58 g egg (mixed well)
  • 17 g butter (melted)
  • 0.2 g cinnamon

Directions:

  • Add eggs, cream, butter and cinnamon to a bowl and mix well
  • Pour the egg mixture into a 16-oz ramekin dish and place the ramekin into a large casserole dish
  • Pour boiling water into the dish so it comes up half way
  • Place in the oven at 350 F for 40-45 minutes
