Chocolate Fat Bomb 2.9:1

This recipe makes one fat bomb

For consistency, each bomb must be made separately

If you are following a MAD diet, you can batch out all fat bombs and portion out accordingly

Ingredients:

  • 20 g peanut butter crunchy natures promise
  • 2 g Truvia sweetener
  • 5 g cocoa powder
  • 2 g cinnamon
  • 17 g coconut oil
  • 20 g cream 30%

Directions:

  • In a ramakin dish, add the peanut butter, coconut oil, cream, cocoa powder, cinnamon and Truvia
  • Mix together
  • Place in the freezer for 2 hours
