Pizza Fat Bomb 3.1:1

This recipe makes one fat bomb

For consistency, each bomb must be made separately

If you are following a MAD diet, you can batch out all fat bombs and portion out accordingly


  • 1 g basil
  • 7.5 g black olives crushed
  • 27.5 g cream cheese
  • 1.75 g chorizo
  • 2.5 g red pesto


  • In a bowl add the cheese, basil, pesto, and mix together
  • Add olives and chorizo and mix together
  • Roll the cheese into a ball
