Bacon and Philli Fat Bomb 2.6:1

This recipe makes one fat bomb

For consistency, each bomb must be made separately

If you are following a MAD diet, you can batch out all fat bombs and portion out accordingly


  • 1 g parsley
  • 15 g crispy bacon strips
  • 25 g cream cheese
  • 1 g onion powder
  • 1 g garlic powder
  • 2.5 g jalapeno


  • In a bowl add the cream cheese, jalapeno, onion and garlic powder, parsley and mix together
  • Crumble the bacon strips
  • Roll the cheese into a ball and roll in bacon bits
