Cheddar and Chive Scone 3.6:1


  • 9 g egg mixed
  • 1g garlic powder
  • 15g butter
  • 28g KetoVie Café Kwik Mix
  • 1g chives
  • 13g, sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1g salt


  • Preheat oven to 375° F.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Add the egg and garlic powder to a small mixing bowl.
  • Cut the butter into small pieces and add to the mixture.
  • Add the Kwik Mix and use your hands to incorporate in the ingredients until a dough forms.
  • Mix in the chopped chives, cheese and salt.
  • Form into a biscuit/scone shape using your hands.
  • Bake for 12 minutes until golden brown.
