Brazil Nut Cookies 4.01:1

Ingredients:

  • 18 g brazil nuts, ground fine
  • 3.7 g coconut oil
  • 3 g egg whites
  • 0.5 g Truvia sweetener
  • 0.2 g cinnamon
  • Optional: 3-5 drops vanilla essence

Directions:

  • Mix all ingredients in a bowl
  • Roll into a dough
  • Divide the but mixture into 4-5 equal portions and flatten with your fingers
  • Bake for 15 minutes at 350’F
