KetoVie Ice Cream 5.5:1

Ingredients:

  • 125 ml / 1/2 tetra KetoVie 4:1 Vanilla
  • 10 g / 0.35 oz butter
  • 10 g / 0.35 oz pure vanilla extract
  • 10 g / 0.35 oz Truvia sweetener
  • 54 g / 1.9 oz cream (40%)

Directions:

  • Whip up the cream until thick/stiff. Weigh the cream again when removed from blender to ensure grams of fat have not been lost.
  • To the cream, add vanilla, sweetener and gradually add the KetoVie 4:1 Vanilla, stirring all the time.
  • Melt the butter and mix into the cream.
  • Distribute into 4 x freezer safe moulds.
  • Top with raspberries (optional – and adjust ratio accordingly).
  • Freeze for 2-3 hours and serve.
