4th July! Blueberry and Strawberry Cheesecake Tartlets 3.2:1

Ingredients:

  • 1.2 g vanilla extract
  • 12.5 g KetoVie Café Kwik Mix
  • 56.5 g cream cheese
  • 22 g heavy cream
  • 15 g egg (mixed)
  • 7 g truvia

Directions:

  • Add the cream, truvia, egg, vanilla and KetoVie Café Kwik Mix into a food processor and blend for 15 seconds
  • Add the cream cheese and blend for a further 2 minutes
  • Evenly pour mixture into 6 muffin tins
  • Bake for 18-25 minutes at 350 F
  • Decorate with strawberries and blueberries for the 4th July!
