Pizza Frittata 3.1:1

Ingredients:

  • 10 g / 0.4 oz fresh spinach
  • 7 g / 0.2 oz olive oil
  • 25 g / 0.9 oz egg
  • 10 g / 0.4 oz cream (30%)
  • 1 (56g) Ketovie Café Pizza Petite (already cooked)

Directions:

  • Pour the egg, oil and cream into a pie dish and mix together
  • Cut the Pizza Petite roughly into squares
  • Pour the spinach, and Pizza Petite into the dish and mix
  • Place in the oven for 7-10 minutes at 350F
