Tuna Patties 4:1

Ingredients

  • 2g/0.07oz raw egg
  • 11.5g/0.4oz walnut oil
  • 25g/0.88oz tuna
  • 8g/0.88oz almond flour
  • 15g/0.53oz mayonnaise
  • 12g/0.42oz coconut oil

Directions

  • Leaving the coconut oil to one side, mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
  • Melt coconut oil in frying pan on medium-high heat.
  • Roll tuna mixture into balls. Press down into patties. Cook patties on each side for 4-5 minutes each.
  • Serve and enjoy!
