Memorial Day BBQ

Summer is quickly approaching and we have some great keto friendly recipes for those beach days, pool parties and of course backyard BBQs. This year, everyone can enjoy the same delicious old time favorites; we hope these recipes will help you to Achieve Your Everyday this season!

 

KetoVie Café Burger 3:1

50g KetoVie Café Wholesome Bread Roll (Purchase here) 

5g Lettuce, Romaine

11g tomato, Raw

20.5g Beef, Ground, 80% Lean, Cooked

14g Mayonnaise, Hellmann’s Best

  1. Thaw bread. Slice in half. Toast if desired.
  2. Salt and pepper ground beef and form into a small (about 1 inch) beef patty. Trim cooked beef patty to specified weight.
  3. Weigh remaining ingredients.
  4. Spread mayonnaise on each half of bread.
  5. Assemble burger with lettuce, tomato, beef patty and bun.

Provides: 358 kcal, 10.75g protein, 0.76g net carb (6.2g total carb), 34.5g fat, 3:1 ratio

KetoVie Café Hot Dog 3:1

50g KetoVie Café Wholesome Bread Roll (Purchase here) 

50g Nathan’s Skinless Beef Frank (1 dog)

7g Butter, softened

5g Yellow Mustard

5g Ketchup, Walden Farms Calorie-Free

  1. Thaw bread. Slice in half. Toast if desired.
  2. Cook hot dog in microwave or pan fry. (Tip: May use grill pan for grill marks. Avoid methods like boiling or grilling which may result in loosing fat drippings.)
  3. Spread softened butter on each slice of bread.
  4. Cut hog dog in half and place on each half of bread.
  5. Top hot dog with condiments.

Provides: 422 kcal, 11.65g protein, 1.96g net carb (7.36g total carb), 40.85g fat, 3:1 ratio

Cole Slaw 3:1

40g Cabbage, Green, Raw, Shredded

10g Carrots, Raw, Shredded

5g Vinegar, white, distilled

10g Mayonnaise, Hellmann’s Best

  1. Shred cabbage and then weigh.
  2. Shred carrots and then weigh.
  3. Weigh remaining ingredients and combine into mixture of shredded cabbage and carrots.
  4. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Provides: 83 kcal, 0.61g protein, 2.07g net carb (3.35g total carb), 8.06g fat, 3:1 ratio
