Peanut Butter Sandwich Crackers 4.5:1

SERVING SIZE   7 sandwich crackers
  • 28g KetoVie Café Cheddar Dough (1 dough ball)
    25g butter, room temp (6 tsp)
    13g Peter Pan No Sugar Added Peanut Butter (2½ tsp)
  • Preheat oven to 350° F.
    Knead thawed dough ball and divide evenly into 14 smaller balls, 2g each.
    Roll each ball between your hands until smooth.
    Press between two sheets of parchment paper using a tortilla press or roll thin with a rolling pin.
    Gently lift flattened dough and place on an ungreased baking sheet.
    Bake 5-6 minutes or until edges start to brown. Remove from oven and let cool.
    Using a butter knife, whisk together butter and peanut butter.
    On 7 crackers, spread 1 tsp each, then top each with the remaining crackers.
