A time for laughter and joyful tears as everyone in the family can enjoy a holiday tradition of eating stuffing, regardless if you are following\u00a0a ketogenic friendly diet or eating the entire Thanksgiving feast.\u00a0 As you prepare for that delicious meal, know that <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ketovie.com\">KetoVie<\/a> is thankful to be able to bring high quality ketogenic foods to your table.<\/p>\n<p>This year we\u2019ve cooked up something special using our <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ketovie.com\/products\/ketovie-cafe\/wholesome-bread\/\">KetoVie Cafe Wholesome Bread<\/a> to make our <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ketovie.com\/recipes\/recipe-detail.php?id=6\">Stupendous Stuffing<\/a> recipe. Sorry Aunt Mable, your stuffing won\u2019t be the star of the show this year! The turkey, cranberry sauce and green bean casserole will all be on the dinner table, but the meal will not be complete without<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ketovie.com\"> KetoVie Cafe<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>KetoVie Caf\u00e9 Thanksgiving Feast<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Turkey and Stuffing:<\/p>\n<p>50g KetoVie Caf\u00e9 Wholesome Bread (1 roll)<\/p>\n<p>41.7g Swanson Chicken Broth (3 Tbsp)<\/p>\n<p>0.2g Thyme (1 pinch)<\/p>\n<p>0.2g Rosemary (1 pinch)<\/p>\n<p>0.3 Pepper, Black (1 pinch)<\/p>\n<p>0.2g Sage (1 pinch)<\/p>\n<p>12.5g Celery, Raw (2 Tbsp, diced)<\/p>\n<p>26.8g Onions, Raw (2.5 Tbsp, diced)<\/p>\n<p>2.5g Parsley, Raw (2 tsp, chopped)<\/p>\n<p>40g Turkey Breast, Cooked (about 1.5 ounces)<\/p>\n<p>14.8g Butter (1 Tbsp)<\/p>\n<p>Gravy:<\/p>\n<p>25g Cream, 36% (about 1 fluid ounce)<\/p>\n<p>30g Swanson FF Beef Broth (1 fluid ounce)<\/p>\n<p>30g Butter (2 Tbsp)<\/p>\n<p>Pepper, Black (optional)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Provides 709kcal, 18.7g protein, 4.28g net carb (10.5g total carb), 3:1 ketogenic ratio<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Tip: <\/strong>For a child-sized portion, cut recipe in half for a 354kcal serving.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Instructions<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Cook turkey breast. An easy way to do this is to cook your turkey breast in a slow cooker with salt and pepper and 1 cup of water. Cook until internal temp of 165 degrees Fahrenheit.<\/p>\n<p>Gather all of your ingredients.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-379\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ketovie.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/gather-ingredients-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"gather-ingredients\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.ketovie.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/gather-ingredients-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.ketovie.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/gather-ingredients.jpg 640w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Wash parsley and celery, blot with paper towels to remove water. If parsley is really wet, consider using a salad spinner to dry before chopping. Dice and weigh celery, onion, parsley and bread. Weigh remaining ingredients. Place bread cubes on a cookie sheet and broil in the oven until beginning to brown. Remove from oven. Saut\u00e9 onions, celery and spices in butter. Add broth and parsley to the saut\u00e9ed vegetables and remove from heat. Add toasted bread cubes to the saut\u00e9 mixture. Transfer bread and vegetable mix to a small baking dish or ramekin. Bake at 450\u00ba for 10-20 minutes or until golden brown on top. Add cream and broth and whisk.
