{"id":1425,"date":"2020-11-04T15:00:50","date_gmt":"2020-11-04T20:00:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ketovie.com\/blog\/?p=1425"},"modified":"2021-01-11T14:48:44","modified_gmt":"2021-01-11T19:48:44","slug":"keto-crepe-31","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ketovie.com\/blog\/2020\/11\/keto-crepe-31\/","title":{"rendered":"Keto Crepe 3:1*"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Ingredients:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>30g cream, 36% (2 Tbs)\u00a0<\/li><li>30g Blue Diamond\u00ae Almond Breeze\u00ae Unsweetened Original Almondmilk (2 Tbs)<\/li><li>45g egg, raw, mixed well (about 3 Tbs)<\/li><li>5g canola oil (1 tsp)<\/li><li>1 drop liquid stevia<\/li><li>28g KetoVie Caf\u00e9 Kwik Mix (\u00bc cup)<\/li><li>5g butter (1 tsp)<\/li><li>27g fresh strawberry (1 extra-large 1 5\/8-inch)<\/li><li>Optional: Walden Farms\u00ae Pancake or Maple Walnut Syrup, calorie-free<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Directions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Combine cream and almond milk in a cup.<br>Mix egg and oil with a fork in a small bowl.\u00a0<br>Add almond milk and cream mixture to eggs\/oil and beat with a fork.\u00a0<br>Add Kwik Mix and 1 drop of Stevia and beat with a fork until smooth consistency.<br>Heat a medium size skillet and spray it with oil spray. Reduce heat to low. Pour enough of the batter to cover the bottom of pan with a thin layer of batter. Move the pan around to spread the batter evenly. You may have some batter remaining.\u00a0<br>Cook the crepe on low heat for 2 minutes. Cover and cook for another 1.5 minutes. Remove lid, then remove pan from heat. Let stand for a few seconds until the crepe cools to a temperature you can comfortably touch with your hand.\u00a0<br>Flip the crepe onto your hand and back to the pan on the uncooked side.
