Prosciutto Crostini with Herbed Parmesan Dip 1.5:1

  • 50g KetoVie Café Wholesome 3.5:1 Bread (1 roll)
    28g mayonnaise (2 Tbs)
    30g full fat sour cream (2 Tbs)
    14g Parmesan cheese, finely grated (1 Tbs)
    3g chopped fresh parsley (1 tsp)
    1g garlic powder (large pinch)
    fresh ground pepper (optional)
    42g prosciutto (3 slices)

  • Defrost Wholesome 3.5:1 Bread roll and cut lengthwise into 3 sections. Cut each section lengthwise in half again for a total of 6 mini bread sticks.
    Toast the bread sticks in the oven at 325° F for 45 minutes or until dry and crunchy. Allow them to cool.
    In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic powder and pepper. Stir very well to combine and set aside.
    Cut each piece of prosciutto in half lengthwise. Wrap the prosciutto pieces around each crostini (bread stick).
    Serve with the Parmesan garlic dip.

    Tip: To increase the ratio, reduce the prosciutto.
